I love chocolate. My favorite chocolate snack was something my dad taught me to do - a chocolate frosting sandwich! Yep, just pile the frosting between 2 slices of bread and enjoy!

One of my favorites is the Chocolate Bomb cake at Coconuts restaurant. It is a chocolate cake shaped like a bomb (roundish), has a filling, has a chocolate coating, drizzled with white chocolate, and served with whipped cream and strawberries. Yum!
